MENUS
Menu selections and other details pertinent to your function should be submitted to Center Stage Catering at least three weeks prior to the function date. The catering event coordinator handling your function will assist you in selecting the proper menu items and arrangements to ensure a successful event.
Because every event varies in purpose, detail and budget, we are happy to offer custom menu planning to meet your particular needs or theme. Please be aware, the entrée selection on all menus, except buffets, is limited to one choice unless dietary laws or religious holidays must be adhered to. A limited number of vegetarian plates may be provided at our discretion.
GUARANTEES
A guaranteed attendance is required 72 hours, or 3 business days, prior to the date and the time of the function for most events. (A business day is defined as Monday – Friday.) In some instances, if the event is very large or the menu items are unique, an earlier guarantee may be required and will be stated on the contract. If the guarantee is not received as stated, Center Stage Catering reserves the right to charge for the number of persons specified on the signed proposal (if attendance is less than the proposal) or to change the menu as needed (if attendance is more than the proposal). The guarantee is not subject to reduction after the guarantee deadline.
PRICING
Prices quoted on menus do not include a 20% service charge or 7% sales tax unless otherwise noted. Prices are subject to change without notice; however, guaranteed prices will be confirmed 60 days prior to the event.
LABOR CHARGES
Additional attendants or service staff may be requested over and above our normal staffing level for your event. The charge is $25.00 per hour, per attendant, with a four hour minimum.
There will be an additional $75.00 service charge on all events with a guarantee of less than 50 people or projected revenue of less than $500.00.
Any unusual service requirements, late night events or minimal revenue events may incur additional charges. Events that take place on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day or New Year’s Eve will be subject to additional labor charges. These will be discussed with you when your function is being planned.
PAYMENT
An initial deposit in the amount noted on the catering proposal is due, along with a signed copy of the proposal payable at the date specified in the “proposal notes” to guarantee catering services. Full payment of the balance due, based on the final guarantee is due within 10 days following the event unless otherwise specified. Payment can be made in cash or check.
All monies due Center Stage Catering will begin accruing 1½% interest from the date of the event for all sums over 30 days old. Additionally, any costs of collection and enforcement of the contracted services will be the responsibility of the client.
CATERING CONTRACTS
A signed copy of the proposal outlining all catering services requested must be returned to Center Stage Catering prior to the event before services will be confirmed or performed. The signed proposal, stated terms, addendum and specific function sheets constitute the entire agreement between the client and Center Stage Catering.
